Supported Employment and Employment Services: Striving beyond providing services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Physically Disabled or Individuals Re-Entering the work force.

Supported Employment is a unique program that provides job placement assistance to adults with developmental and other disabilities. Employment Consultants/Job Coaches develop opportunities in the community with employers to ensure job seeker matches qualifications of job requirements. Job Coach/ Employment consultant carefully match individuals experience and training. Job Carving is also available to job seekers and employers. Job carving is taking steps from a job description and creating a position from an exiting position; this increases productivity and creates more to time to spend on the major responsibilities of the job. Special on the job training is available to those who require one on one training from Job Coach/ Employment Consultant. Follow up services and additional training is provided if needed at no cost to the employer.
