Our woodshop is part of a bonafide vocational training workshop for local adults with disabilities. Our expertly trained woodshop workforce consists of 20 men and women striving to overcome the barriers generally associated with their individual disability. The goal of each person here is to be productive, while at the same time preparing to enter or re-enter the everyday business world without their employer having to focus on their disability. The fact that our workers truly want to work, and take great pride in proving their abilities is what makes LARC's business-to-business workshop so incredibly successful. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!
